it's sometimes scary to watch your children and realize how much they are just.like.you. even at such a young age, my word! it's like i'm looking into a mirror at times. of course, Kathryn looks just like her daddy did at that age but her mannerisms, voice inflections, and busy way about her are reminiscent of yours truly. oh, and she copies me to no end now! it's too funny! the other day, some chicken 'juice' (gross!) spilled off the cutting board onto my counter and i must have made a growling sound like 'argh!' and not two seconds later, i hear a tiny growl behind me! humorous yet sobering! :D here she is doin' her thang. this girl is nonstop when it comes to 'helping' me!!
